Customization Notes:
First, we will communicate with you about your favorite anime characters and confirm the details of commissioned production.
Confirm the price, estimate additional customization requirements, and pay the difference.
Animation character modeling, after the modeling is completed, confirm with the client.
In the production stage, confirm the finished product with the customer after the production is completed.
Before the product is sent out, we will take photos to confirm the product packaging before sending it out.
 
Service Description
Within one week of accepting the order, you can change the characters once, and you cannot change it later again.
Please try to provide a detailed description of the characters, providing pictures the best way (+google to fill in the form link).
The product is in the modeling and production stage, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
After the modeling is completed, we will confirm the characters of the order with you again, and you can modify the details once, but the overall construction cannot be modified.
The ETA is 60 working days, thank you for your patience.
After the final production is completed, product pictures and videos will be send to you to confirm before shipment.
We will keep all service contents confidential for you and will not provide them to anyone.
